Refund policy
At PremierStyle, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Conditions for Returns:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

A proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
Return Process:

Initiate your return by contacting our support team at [email protected] within the 30-day period. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

If your request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Ship the item(s) to the provided address. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item shipped). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-21 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Non-Returnable Items:

Any item that is not in its original condition, shows signs of wear or damage, or is missing tags.

Returns initiated without prior authorization.
